联合办学第二次活动报道之二

南师大专家智慧引领,如春课堂换新貌

自从201212月南京师范大学与我校联合办学以来,通过多次沟通,我校拟定了详实的计划和方案,促进师生的发展,促进学校的发展。2013311-12日,南师大专家组来我校进行专题指导。

为期两天的指导工作,除了课题方案的研讨和专题讲座,专家深入课堂,对语数英三个学科进行全面听课。语文、数学、英语三个学科的12位执教教师基本功扎实,课堂教学过程规范、流畅、自然,教学目标与教学环节的设计能展示出教师对所教年段学生应达到的培养目标的理解。课堂教学过程中的师生关系体现了“如春”的温暖、平等与公平。课堂教学过程中的生生关系体现了“如春”的包容、和谐与愉悦。小组学习过程中,各组成员有商有量,积极表现,享受着参与的愉悦;小组与小组之间也呈现出良性竞争的态势,共同学习,气氛和谐。     

南师大专家组的邵博学、赵家荣博士等对课堂教学进行综合评估,与学校行政和骨干教师面对面交流。在认可我校小组学习研究和如春课堂文化的同时,也提出了宝贵的建议。如教师如何把对“如春教育”三个含义的理解更好地运用在小组学习中;从提升教师反思能力、加强学生元认知能力入手,使“如春教育”理念下的“小组学习”会有更深厚的文化背景和理论基础;怎样评价“如春教育”的课堂教学?“如春教育”的课堂“小组学习”有哪些便于实施的评价标准?
